Changed our principal address from the pcf chair's company address to the pcf administrators address for consistency included a statement about the importance of a diverse and inclusive environment where members of all levels can bring new perspectives and share ideas in a safe environment established a process for handling emergency hardships by member companies who are experiencing difficulty in paying their annual membership dues established a process for handling a tied candidate election for a co- chair position established interim board responsibilities and voting rights for a board member who serve in an interim capacity”

“Pcf has one class of members, designated as corporate members. Corporate memberships shall be conferred upon application and on compliance with the standards and requirements set forth in the by-laws, and approval by majority vote of the board of trustees.”

“Each corporate member shall have voting rights equal to all other corporate members. Each corporate member may cast its vote by any officer or agent of the corporate member. Each corporate member is entitled to one vote. The members of the board of trustees shall be elected by the corporate members entitled to vote at the annual business meeting of the members.”

“A copy of the 990 is provided to the chair and treasurer for review prior to filing.”
