Members in good standing shall be entitled to vote on matters provided for in the bylaws or on matters submitted by the board to a vote of the membership. Each member shall be entitled to one vote on each matter.”

This change was made to show that the members receive an indirect benefit from the organization, in that factories within the members' supply chains are targeted for inspection, remediation adn training. Part ix statement of functional expenses - amounts originally reported on line 19, have correctly been reallocated between lines 5 and 17. Total expenditures remain the same. Alliance is a 501 c 6 organization and is not required to complete columns b, c and d. Thus these columns were eliminated. Schedule f - line 3, column c and f have been increased to reflect agents of the management company and also payments that were made to board members located in bangladesh. Additional explanations were made on schedule o, in order to make the answers in part iii and vi more clear.”
