“(a) to promote the welfare of students and former studtents of institutions of higher learning, particularly (but not limited to) memebers of the beta-omicron chapter of the kappa sigma fraternity at the university of denver. (b) to rent, occupy, operate and/or manage real estate, personal property, interest in real or personal property and tangible and intangible rights and interst of any kind, soley for the benefit of the members of the kappa sigma fraternity and other associate stakeholders of the university of denver. (c) to take conveyances and to accept gifts of property, franchises, licenses and other rights. (d) act as an intermediary between the members of the beta-omicron chapter of the kappa sigma fraternity at the university of denver and the university of denver itself. (e) to coordinate and sponsor social events and gatherings for the chapter members (both current and almuni) (f) to provide educational scholarshipsfor beta-omicron chapter members who deomostrate high academic achievements, leadership potiential and excellence. (g) to provide for the maintenance, up-keeping and wellbing of the chapters fraternity house (located at 2201 e. Evans ave. Denver, co 80210) so that the resident chapter members may have a unique and memorable experience living in the kappa sigma fraternity house. (h) to assist the beta omicaron chapter memebers with their cheritable fundraising pursuits. (i) to assist the beta omicron chapter with their membership recuiting efforts. (j) to assist and participate with the beta omicron chapter duing volunteer community service events.”
