The workers along with their supervisors collected a wide range of recyclable materials from businesses and residents in Monroe County, PA. After collection the workers sort, shred, bind, disasssemble, and prepare the materials for sale to recycling companies.

The workers return to the recycling facility and sort, bind, and disassemble the materials to prepare them for sale to recycling companies. Recycling is a process which particularly suits the skills available to challenged individuals while including interaction with members of the community and fulfilling a productive purpose.
