TRAVAUX ASSISTED THE ENTITY IN CHOOSING AND SELECTING REFUTABLE FIRMS NECESSARY TO DO THE MASTER PLANNING. THIS WAS COMPLETED IN 2021 AND THEN WILL PROCEED IN ACTUAL DEVELOPMENT AS DETERMINED FEASIBLE.

THIS WAS DONE TO HELP HACM COMPLETE THESE 7 AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECTS WITHIN THE BUDGET AS BIDS FROM PRIVATE GENERAL CONTRACTORS WERE COMING IN 40% ABOVE BUDGET. TRAVAUX IS NOT EXPECTED TO GENERATE ANY PROFIT ON THESE 7 PROJECTS.
