“Before filing a complete copy of the Form 990 is distributed to all current members of the governing body via the Tax990 software platform. Each board member is asked to review the return and confirm receipt and review. The board does not formally approve the return at a meeting or via vote but all members are given the opportunity to raise questions or concerns prior to submission.”
