To promote the onsite property rental management business among both the general public and professionals who are employed in travel and leisure related businesses.

To educate persons who are now or who may in the future be employed in the onsite property rental management business so that they can perform their jobs more professionally and efficiently; and to perform any other activities necessary, desirable or incidental to carrying out any more or more of the purposes of the association.
