“Members will generally be persons involved in agriculture, agribusiness or in providing goods or services to agribusiness. Members will pay dues to the corporation for their membership. Members must be financial supporters of the organization with the exception of the "ex-offico directors" for whom customary membership requirements shall be waived. Members shall have the right to attend meetings, but shall have no voting rights. The board of directors will be elected from the membership of the corporation by the directors. All directors other than "ex-officio directors" must be members and must be involved in agriculture, agribusiness, or provide goods or services to agribusiness.”
