“The membership of the Club shall consist of all players engaged in youth soccer within the SKVYSA and placed on teams formed through an open selection process to play premier and select soccer, and who agree to be bound by the bylaws, procedures and rules of the Club and which shall be admitted to membership in accordance with the bylaws of the Club. Individual players, coaches, trainers, managers, administrators and officials are members of the Club through their association with said Club or with Club committees, or as appointed officers of the Club.”
