The organization is a Texas nonprofit membership organization in which Metroplex Adventist Hospital, Inc. and Scott & White Memorial Hospital, both 501(c)(3) tax exempt hospitals, are the two members.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7A

Metroplex Adventist Hospital, Inc. and Scott & White Memorial Hospital, both 501(c)(3) tax exempt hospitals, are the two members of the organization. Each of these members had the ability to appoint two directors. Seton Medical Center Harker Heights, has the ability to appoint two directors, with the seventh director from the general community, by mutual consent of four of the six remaining directors.

The Form 990 is prepared and reviewed by the Baylor Scott & White Health tax department. Upon completion, the Form 990 is reviewed by the organization's President. A complete final copy of the return is provided to the organization's board of directors prior to filing with the IRS.
