“An independent accounting firm prepares and reviews the Form 990. The Form 990 is then reviewed by the Chief Financial Officer of The Whole Person, Inc. Any questions or concerns the Chief Financial Officer of The Whole Person, Inc., has are addressed by the independent accounting firm. The Form 990 is then provided to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors for their review. Any questions the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors have are addressed by the Chief Financial Officer of The Whole Person, Inc., and the independent accounting firm. The Form 990 is then filed with the IRS.”
