“A majority of the organization's governing body is appointed by the directors of leadership for educational equity, a related organization. The directors of leadership for educational equity may also remove a director from the organization's governing body with or without cause.”

The members of the governing body are allocated one week to provide comments on the return prior to its filing. At the close of that week, the organization electronically files the return with the internal revenue service.”

The governing body has the sole authority to review the operation of the policy and make changes from time to time as it may deem appropriate.”
