“Form 990 is reviewed by the director, the financial analyst and select board members prior to filing. All board members are offerred the opportunity to review prior to filing. Completed copies of the final form 990 are made available to board members upon request. The board is informed of the option to review or receive a final copy of the 990 at the board meetings.”
