Mission

“Eobc has two classes of members, founding members and regular members, each of which are entities from the broadcast industry. Regular members pay annual dues. Founding members are required to pay annual dues and additional dues to fund eobc expenses above and beyond the aggregate annual dues; therefore, expenditures exceeding annual dues require approval of the founding members. New businesses may join as regular or founding members upon approval of a majority of the founding members and agreement to pay the appropriate level of dues. Regular members must agree to pay dues for a minimum of 9 months to join eobc, and founding members must pay dues through the middle of 2014.”
