TOTAL ASSETS ARE $41,830 AND THE PRINCIPAL ASSET IS CASH OF $36,084. JOLEE-JAFFA MUSIC FOUNDATION, INC. FILED FOR DISSOLUTION WITH THE ARIZONA CORPORATION COMMISSION ON OCTOBER 16, 2020, AND DUE TO THE PANDEMIC AND THE LATE PROCESSING OF MAIL, THE ARTICLES OF DISSOLUTION WERE RECORDED BY ARIZONA WITH A RECEIPT DATE OF JANUARY 13, 2021, EVEN THOUGH THE ARTICLES OF DISSOLUTION WERE FILED ON OCTOBER 16, 2020 (SEE COPIES OF DOCUMENTS ATTACHED).THE CHARITY'S ASSETS WERE DISTRIBUTED TO THE DISTRIBUTEE CHARITY WITH THE OCTOBER 16, 2020 EFFECTVIE DATE, THE APPROVAL FOR WHICH WAS APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY BY THE CHARITY'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS IN OCTOBER 2020.THE RETURN IS FILED AS A FINAL RETURN AS THE CHARITY CEASED OPERATIONS IN OCTOBER 2020, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPROVED THE CHARITY'S DISSOLUTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF ITS ASSETS AS DESCRIBED ABOVE IN OCTOBER 2020, AND THE CHARITY WAS MERELY AWAITING APPROVAL OF ITS ARTICLES OF DISSOLUTION, WHICH WERE APPROVED BY ARIZONA AS STATED ABOVE, AND THE ASSETS FOR DISTRIBUTION WERE MERELY HELD SOLELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE DISTRIBUTEE CHARITY. AS SUCH, NO ASSETS ARE REPORTED ON THE BALANCE SHEET AT YEAR END.”

“The executive director makes public presentations to various organizations on the health benefits of daily music making. The cost of the presentations is paid for solely by joanne jaffa, the executive director and william jaffa, the foundation's president.”

“The charity holds music recitals for the children who are provided music lessons and music instruments. Playing at the recitals helps the children build self-esteem and confidence in social interactions. Similar to last year, no additional expense was incurred for the music recitals. The cost of the venue is considered de minimis and is contributed by the charity whose children under its care are provided music lessons and music instruments.”
