“Comparative studies are done bi-annually for each class of employees. Goodwill hires a third-party consultant to conduct surveys and the results are presented and approved by the executive committee of the board. Goodwill also uses a survey that is released yearly by goodwill international breaking down salaries by territory, population, and revenue. The executive committee of the board approves all compensation for executives and the executive team approves salary structures for the rest of the organization based on surveys and recommendations by human resources.”
