Transferred its assets and liabilites into east jefferson physicians group, llc (ejpg), a single member llc of uhs. All liabilites were between related parties of mpsi and no third party benefited from the transfer of mpsi's liabilities to ejpg. After the transfer of assets metairie physician services, inc. Discontinued its day to day operations and is currently a dormant entity.”
