“To support, promote, sponsor and pursue the following educational, civic, and charitable activities, which are central to furthering the mission of the trustees of columbia university in the city of new york. Facilitation of communication within a diverse body of columbia universityalumni through regular events and corrspondence; promotion of alumnus-student relationships; establishment of a regular forum for alumni and students to discuss and debate university policies, news, and other issues of concern to university stakeholders; enrichment of outstanding columbia university fourth-year undergraduates through mentoring activities and programs, improvement of the columbia university undergraduate schools through activities, programs, and other projects that enhance the physical, social, and academic environment of the university.”

“As part of mentoring program a networking dinner is is held for alumni and undergraduates. The encounters between alumni and students in attendance serve as platforms for for orfering practical career advice, building relationships with like minded professionals and discovering new career opportunities, which are the long term goals of the program to foster mentoring relationships between older alumni and students.”

“As part of the mission to be responsive to the supported organization, a question and answer dinner was held for alumni and udergraduates to listen to a columbia uiversity committee chairman share insights on psat examples of the university's long term strategic planning, time was also alloted for current students and recent alumni to share their perspectievs on the university's prime needs and to brainstorm possible solutions. Before and after the presentation, alumni and students had opportunities to network during two hour-long sessions.”
