“To educate the youth of the community the skills of the sport of wrestling while stressing the importance of dedication, commitment, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The primary focus will be teaching the fundamentals and proper techniques, including the use of appropriate equipment and apparel, through hands-on training and instruction by a qualified coaching staff. Approximately 130 children from the elementary to high school age group participated in the program during 2024.”

“To operate a facility to allow the youth of the community to learn, practice, and compete in the sport of wrestling and the important life skills that are learned from these activities. The facility offers 3,150 square feet of wrestling area.”

“To promote and conduct camps and competitions, when possible, to help the community's youth understand the values learned through the sport of wrestling. The 2024 year included approximately 100 practices, 9 league meets, and 13 tournaments.”

“To stimulate and promote interest in the activities and programs of the organization by publishing periodic information through the organization's website or other media to (i) recognize participant achievements, (ii) present news of successes, and (iii) disseminate results of participants as they move through life. There is currently an operating website to recognize participant achievements and promote interest in the organization. Also, during 2024, approximately 20 custom yard signs were placed throughout the midlothian area to promote wrestling registration. Finally, midlothian miners wrestling club created spring (post-season), fall (pre-season) and winter (regular season) flyers that were posted on facebook and e-mailed to previous members for registration purposes.”
