ReasonableCauseExplanation/ExplanationTxt0I had filed on time originally. Then it was returned because I did not include required schedules. At this time the organization is now dissolved and the post box closed. It delayed the receipt of the 2020 return to me. I was told to send it in electronically. The letter said to include missing information but none was listed. I am now doing a form 990EZ because we had under 200,000 in revenue. I hope this will settle things for good.
