| The People's Clinic: The People's Clinic is a culturally sensitive, botanically-integrative, harm-reduction-focused mobile clinic operating in strategically undervalued neighborhoods predominantly on the Eastside of San Antonio. Our services include Herbal integrative serious wound care, Indigenous healing practices, Flower Essence therapy, Bioregional Clinical herbalism (preventative healthcare, womxns health, Covid, etc.), mental healthcare offerings, Lincoln detox protocol (ear seeds), syringe disposal, safe use/safe sex kits distribution, Narcan training and distribution, needs items distribution (such as hygiene, socks), and seasonal items (tents, sleeping bags, etc.). While our clinic is open to all community members, the primary clients we see are members of the Unhoused community. The Unhoused community we serve identifies primarily as Mexican American, Latin American, Am/Nav Indigenous, and Black. A significant number of our clients use substances, are disabled, and are experiencing chronic houselessness. Although we operate mainly on the Eastside, we have clients who travel from the Southside, Westside, and Central area to receive services from us. The Peoples Clinic operates twice weekly on the Eastside of San Antonio. The People's Clinic has approximately 500 unique participants with each client visiting the mobile clinic several times a month during times of operation. We have close to 4,000 clinic visits yearly. The People's Clinic is the only clinic of it's kind in San Antonio - offering direct outreach services, clinical care, and traditional Indigenous cultural care. | $63,250 | $51,621 |
