The bridge, inc.'s consolidated financial statements were audited as of june 30, 2024 which coincides with the bridge, inc.'s tax year. The footnote pertaining to the bridge, inc.'s liability for uncertain tax positions under fasb asc 740 is as follows: the agency believes it has no uncertain income tax positions as of june 30, 2024 in accordance with asc topic 740 (income taxes), which provides standards for establishing and classifying any tax provisions for uncertain tax positions. The agency is no longer subject to examinations by the applicable jurisdictions for the years prior to june 30, 2021.
