The directors were notified of the draft's availability via email. Ecu foundation inc's audit committee, which includes representation from green town properties, inc., reviewed the form 990 prior to filing.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The foundation is exempt from federal income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, except on net income derived from unrelated business activities. At june 30, 2024 and 2023, the foundation has not recorded any tax liabilities. The foundation believes that it has appropriate support for any tax positions taken, and as such, does not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the consolidated financial statements.
