“The Form 990 and schedules are prepared by an Accountant of Vancouver Foundation and are reviewed by a Finance Director of Vancouver Foundation. The Form 990 and schedules are sent via email to the directors of Friends of Vancouver Foundation for review before filing.”

“Officers and directors are required to sign a declaration that they have no conflicts of interest with Friends of Vancouver Foundation on an annual basis. Those with conflicts will be required to recuse themselves as necessary.”
