ON THE ORIGINALLY FILED TAX RETURN, THE ORGANIZATION WAS MARKED AS AN ORGANIZATION THAT NORMALLY RECEIVES A SUBSTANTIAL PART OF ITS SUPPORT FROM A GOVERNMENTAL UNIT OR FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC DESCRIBED IN SECTION 170(B)(1)(A)(VI) (Box 7). THE ORGANIZATION DECIDED AFTER THE RETURN WAS FILED THAT IT WAS INCORRECT REPORTING AND WANTED TO REVERT BACK TO WHAT THEY HISTORICALLY HAD BEEN FILING AS, WHICH WAS A TYPE I 509(A)(3) ORGANIZATION.
