General explanation attachment

The housing unit was destroyed by fire on april 10, 2023. The property was a total loss. Insurance proceeds have been received for $304,600 and will be used to rebuild. As of 12/31/24, the rebuild process had not started yet. Buildings have been removed from the balance sheet, excess gain is deferred towards the replacement property.
