Dreh is exempt from federal income taxes under section 501(c)(2) of the internal revenue code and exempt from state income taxes under the laws of the state of missouri. The organization has adopted the standards requiring disclosure of uncertain taxpositions under accounting standards codification ("asc") 740, income taxes. There has not been any interest or penalties recognized either in the statements of activities and changes in net assets or in the statements of financial position related to uncertain tax positions. In addition, the organizations did not have any uncertain tax positions at december 31, 2019 or 2018.
