Under the direction of our kitchen director / resident chef, we have offered our neighbors healthy, thoughtfully created, restaurant quality menus, in an ambiance that promotes positive food experience and community engagement and support.

PART X, LINE 2:

The financial accounting standards board ("fasb") has issued guidance which clarifies generally accepted accounting principles for recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure relating to uncertain tax positions. This guidance clarifies the accounting and recognition for income tax positions taken or expected to be taken in the organizations' income tax returns. Gabriel's place's income tax filings are subject to audit by various taxing authorities. Gabriel's place's first year of filing with the irs was for the year ended 2013. Gabriel's place's policy with regards to interest and penalties is to recognize interest through interest expense and penalties through other expense. In evaluating gabriel's place's tax provision and tax exempt status, interpretations and tax planning strategies were considered. Gabriel's place believe their estimates are appropriate based on the current facts and circumstances.

WE PLANTED 30 FRUIT TREES ON THE PROPERTY TO REPLACE THE ORCHARD AND BEGAN TO BUILD AN ADDITIONAL GROWING SPACE ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. WE HAVE ENGAGED IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH A NEW LOCAL PRODUCE PURVEYOR, PIC'S PRODUCE, TO PROVIDE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT GROWN ON SITE.
