“During this past fiscal year, The Christian Chain expanded on one project and started two other projects and two resources. We expanded on the Samaritan Bags (samaritanbags.com) project offering the ability for members to setup their own packing events at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic and helping larger organizations setup an online event page to gather donations and items for their packing event. We started a new project called Prayer Nook (prayernook.com), an app that lets members journal, request prayers, pray with their friends, and strengthen their prayer life - all in one easy to use mobile and desktop app. We also started a new project called Partners in Unity (partnersinunity.com) which helps to foster an increased discipline of unity in the corporate Body of Christ through resourcing and equipping church leaders and their congregations with educational material, devotional content, and community outreach activities. These resources are personalized after the leadership of a local church body completes the Unity Gauge (unitygauge.com), an online questionnaire that the congregation answers, which then pinpoints areas of strength and growth. As part of the Partners in Unity project, we also launched the Unity Accord (unityaccord.org) resource as an active way that people can learn and engage in the Church Unity movement. The last resource that we launched was Heis Soma (heissoma.com), a global login system which ties all of our websites and apps together with a central login system for our members.”

“With our focus being to help develop resources to help build up unity within the Christian Church, we felt that our project "Does God Have Feet" was no longer needed due to the fact that we made a connection with another organization doing similar work. In an effort to help build up their organization and devote our resources to other needs, we closed down the "Does God Have Feet" project.”
