Mission

The organization was formed to engage in housing activities that foster and support the relief of the poor and distressed, and to construct, acquire and/or maintain housing in order to provide safe and decent housing to low- and moderate-income persons, including to elderly persons.

The corporation is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and state income tax and has been classified as an other than private foundation.
