Global Implementation Initiative In

The global implementation initiative, inc., is a nonprofit organization designed to advance implementation science, practice, and policy and promote their active application within human services in order to produce demonstrable and socially significant benefits to individuals and society. To accomplish this mission, the gii will: (i) actively promote communication and collective action among those performing implementation science work in human services; (ii) review, synthesize, and distribute information, including the establishment and maintenance of digital communications media and a global implementation conference; and (iii) undertake other activities as needed to advance and promote implementation science.

The Global Implementation Society (GII) promotes research, effective implementation and scaling practices. This is accomplished through fostering a community of professionals supported by globally engaged regional leadership. GIS disseminates knowledge designed to reach global audiences through a range of communication channels and languages. GIS serves as a trusted resource for implementation tools and standards as well as for useful information, strategic partnerships and policy solutions designed to improve outcomes for children, families, individuals, and communities worldwide.
