(goose ii), also serves on the board of directors of goose ii. The president's salary is paid entirely by the urban league. The urban league has a formal policy regarding executive compensation. An executive committee of the board of directors meets annually to review the president's annual evaluation. The determination of the compensation level involves a comparison of the president's compensation level to other local similar sized not-for-profit entities. The compensation level is determined based upon the above procedures and then voted on and approved by the committee.
