THE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM IS AN EFFORT TO PROVIDE EDUCATION, AWARENESS, INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS FOR GERIATRIC FRACTURE CARE PROGRAMS IN OPERATION IN BOTH THE UNITED STATES AND INTERNATIONALLY.-$2,000

“Ffn usa has secured financial support from amgen to develop an enhanced secondary fracture prevention (esfp) program pilot project which would support two orthopaedic centers/ institutions to receive: - mentorship through a leading sfp clinical expert and project manager expert on developing their local fls - tools and resources on how to evaluate and measure improvement in their sfp program - access to remote patient monitoring and reimbursement guidance solution this project would be eight months in duration and include a start up phase from january-february 2024 and pilot phase execution from march-august 2024. Please note that the insights gathered from this pilot will inform future feasibility for scaling to other igfs/ffn usa sites and/or expansion of programs within existing pilot site networks and institutions.”
