At the date of inception, usphss compensation committee made an inquiry with an accounting firm as well as spoke with other experts and executives from organizations of similar size and industry to ensure the reasonableness of the executives compensation. Comparability data including surveys was also factored into this process. The last time a complete compensation review was conducted was in december 2014. The presidents salary has remained the same since the date of inception. Although a formal compensation review has not taken place since 2014, executive compensation is periodically monitored for reasonableness.”
