“FORM 990, PART V, LINE 2A AND PART VI, LINE 3: NUCA North Texas does not have any W-2 employees. NUCA North Texas has contracted with Quindigo, a Management Service Company to provide for the Association's administrative tasks including event planning, membership promotion, bookkeeping, newsletters, scheduling, and networking with other chapters in national forums. Deana Butorac is an independent contractor currently servicing most of those needs on behalf of Quindigo. Quindigo maintains overarching oversight. ADDITIONALLY, BASED ON FORM 990 INSTRUCTIONS FOR PART VI, LINE 3, MANAGEMENT DUTIES INCLUDE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES THAT DO NOT INVOLVE SIGNIFICANT MANAGERIAL DECISION-MAKING, THEREFORE, BASED ON THE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES PROVIDED BY QUINDIGO, THE ORGANIZATION ANSWERED LINE 3 "NO."”
