P10, ln 2the union is exempt from federal income tax under section 501c5 of the irc. There is no unrelated business income. The union has evaluated for uncertain tax positions and management has determined there are no uncertain tax positions as of june 30, 2024. Tax returns for the past three years remain open for examination by tax jurisdictions.
