ADDITIONALLY, THE ORGANIZATION ACTED AS THE BACKSTOP AGGREGATOR UNDER OREGONS CLEAN FUELS PROGRAM, USING REVENUE FROM THESE CREDITS TO ACCELERATE TRANSPORTATION ELECTRIFICATION.
