The Board of Directors has delegated the management of the Organization's rental apartments to InReach. The apartment complex for low-income persons with disabilities is regulated by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as to rent charges and operating methods. InReach serves as management agent of the apartment complex under a management agreement approved by HUD. Board officers and directors who were compensated by InReach during 2024 for services provided to the Organization were Deanna Dycus (who received $3,696) and Lori Gougeon (who received $3,662).

The Organization is exempt from income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code except on net income derived from unrelated business activities. The Organization has no qualified unrelated business income. The Organization has evaluated all tax positions to identify any that might be uncertain. No material uncertain tax positions were identified for the year ended December 31, 2024. Accordingly, no provision for income tax has been recorded in the financial statements.

The apartment complex for low-income persons with disabilities is regulated by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as to rent charges and operating methods. InReach serves as management agent of the apartment complex under a management agreement approved by HUD. Board officers and directors who were compensated by InReach during 2024 for services provided to the Organization were Deanna Dycus (who received $3,696) and Lori Gougeon (who received $3,662).
