Our mission is to engage community leaders, businesses, organizations, (see schedule o) patients, families and friends as ambassadors of and investors in barnes-jewish st. Peters hospital and progress west healthcare center to meet the health care needs of the community and to maintain and/or expand the hospitals' patient care services and health education programs.

Peters hospital and progress west hospital and in partnership with community organizations to improve the overall health of st. Charles county and surrounding communities. Providing preventative health screenings and education for our community, healing therapies to our patients within the hospitals and providing support for continued care beyond our hospital walls.

Additionally, certain family members of officers, directors, or key employees' may, during the normal course of business yet consistent with the state exempt purpose of the foundation, engage in transactions in which potential conflicts of interest could exist. These officers, directors, key employees and related persons disclose these potential conflicts to the foundation and bjc annually and do not participate in decisions in which they have such conflicts.
