Any information that may be a conflict of interest shall be addressed by the chair, the executive director or any committee appointed to address a conflict of interest, except to the extent additional disclosure is necessary in connection with the implementation of this policy”

“No salary or other compensation shall be paid to any officer of the corporation unless the amount thereof has been approved by the board of trustees.”

“The organizaiton was required to obtain an audit of their financial statments which are prepared on the accrual basis of accounting. The form 990 was previously prepared on the cash basis of accounting. In order to be consistent with the basis of accounting used for the financial statements, the organization has elected to change its method of accounting for the tax returns filed with the internal revenue service and the state of new jersey. The net changed reduced the prior year fund balance by 10,636”
