The purpose is to build leadership skills, provide education, provide industry research, create opportunities for business to business networking and provide career outreach. Approximately 200 members served.”

“Education and outreach: we provide career based mentoring to youth and young adults interested in finance and commercial real estate to improve their future success. Approximately 100 students were served. We participate in providing scholarships to assist college students studying in the field of commercial real estate.”

“Advance the careers of women in commercial real estate: we advance members by offering mentorship programs either by pairing members one-on- one or in small groups for one year to provide a framework to meet their career goals.”
