(1) Provide multilingual and multicultural diversity education with Korean and Chinese as Foreign Language Programs at K-12 schools, Year-Round Clubs for students of all ages, and Bridge of Unity in Diversity (BUD) Programs with events for the public. “The Executive Director requests an independent financial audit by an independent Certified Public Accountant (CPA) firm before completing the annual Form 990. The independent CPA performs thorough inspections of all financial activities, including validating accurate account payable against receipts or invoices, account receivables, and board meeting minutes. The CPA also reviews Form 990. After completing all financial audits, the Executive Director files the Form 990 to the federal IRS and discloses the Form 990 and the Financial Audit Report by sending copies to all members of the Board of Directors and stakeholders, including substantial contributors.”
