Mission

Working in strategic partnership with a team of local organizations, crc acquires distressed mortgages/notes and reo properties from lenders and creates community-focused disposition strategies for the assets. By taking a community-based approach to creating flexible options for families to preserve homeownership or pursuing expedited solutions for vacant properties causing neighborhood blight, crc is able to complement existing neighborhood stabilization efforts in communities that have been significantly impacted by foreclosures and disinvestment.

Working in strategic partnership with a team of local organizations, crc acquires distressed mortgages/notes and reo properties from lenders and creates community-focused disposition strategies for the assets.
