“In the year ending june 30, 2020, civic life project (clp) worked with high schools and middle schools in connecticut, maryland, and massachusetts. Since its inception in 2011, diverse college and high school students have produced more than 100 short films about issues such as the death penalty, lgbt bullying, first amendment rights for students, and many others. Students have led dozens of public forms in connection with the screening of the films. In 2019 2020, clp has produced its first national youth film challenge. More than 400 films were submitted from across america as well as many foreign countries.”
