IN THE EVENT BMHCC WERE TO RECOGNIZE INTEREST AND PENALTIES RELATED TO UNCERTAIN TAX POSITIONS, IT WOULD BE RECOGNIZED IN THE COMBINED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AS INTEREST EXPENSE. GENERALLY, BMHCC IS NO LONGER SUBJECT TO INCOME TAX EXAMINATIONS FOR TAX YEARS PRIOR TO 2020 (FISCAL YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2021).
