In December 2021, the Organization transferred $270,810 to the Port Authority of Greater Cincinnati. This alleviates the real estate tax burden on the Organization. The properties will be transferred back to the Organization when the organization is ready to develop the properties, or at the expiration of the agreement with the Port Authority.
