The compensation committee will then present their decision to the full board for final approval. Other compensation policy ashes to glory foundation is committed to establishing compensation that will attract and retain high-performing employees at all levels. The executive director reviews all salary levels before the start of the organization's fiscal year and adjusts the various levels based on market, performance and changes in responsibility.”
