The corporation is organized and shall be operated for the benefit and in furtherance of the development of certain property within the project generally known as "fitzsimons village" which is located within the city of aurora, colorado. All moneys realized by the corporation shall be used infurtherance of such purposes as determined by the board of directors of the corporation from time to time.
