“Foundation for government accountability, inc., has its form 990 prepared by an outside accounting firm and has established the following review process to ensure that the information reported is complete and accurate. Once it's reviewed by management and ready to be filed with the irs, it will be sent to the board of directors for review. Any members that have any comments or concerns will be addressed and documented by outside accountants. Then the form 990 will be finalized and approved for filing.”

Annually thereafter, all covered persons will be requested to update his or her disclosure statement, but the covered person needs to provide an update only if there is additional information.”
