Global entrepreneurship week (gew) runs the world's largest celebration of the innovators and job creators who launch startups that bring ideas to life, drive economic growth and expand human welfare. Continued on schedule o. During one week each in november, gew inspires people everywhere through local, national and global activities designed to help them explore their potential as self-starters and innovators. These activities, from large-scale competitions and events to intimate networking gatherings, connect participants to potential collaborators, mentors and even investors - introducing them to new possibilities and exciting opportunities.

“Gew, inc. Runs one program - global entrepreneurship week, an international campaign that occurs each november to get more people to consider the path of entrepreneurship. Firms less than five years old drive most net new jobs and struggling communities everywhere need more entrepreneurs. Diversity is a driver of innovation and economies cannot meet their full potential if a nation or group of people are underrepresented or face structural barriers. Therefore, gew aims, in particular, to engage historically underrepresented communities and those who have traditionally faced barriers to entrepreneurship in an effort to provide opportunities for individuals of all backgrounds. Global entrepreneurship week has now expanded to 180+ nations with roughly 40,000 events each year that engage millions of people.”
